Returns

                  

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of original order.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be in new condition, unused, unaltered and free from damages by the customer.

Your item must be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Your items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds/Exchanges:

 

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to an e-gift card.
  • You will receive the credit within 2-3 business days.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
